Do You Have a No Down Payment Option?
We have multiple lenders that specialize in manufactured home loans. Some of these programs do have options for no down payments. Your great credit is rewarded if you have 750+ credit scores. If your credit is challenged, you still have options for no down payment loans if you own land or have family land to place the home on.
What are My Options If I Have Challenged Credit?
Equity programs exist that can help you buy a new home even if you have bad credit. A combination of cash, trade-in homes, and/or land can secure a loan. You can also take advantage of co-signor and buy-for options if you have friends or family willing to help you out. You can refinance in the future and remove them from the loan once your credit score improves.
Are There any Discounts If I Pay Cash?
Pay in full for your new home and get an additional $1,500 discount off your sales price. Pay a small refundable deposit to lock down your pricing and the remaining balance will be due at closing.
What If I Need a Well, Septic or Electric Service ?
We offer turn-key construction solutions. Use us for as little or as much as you like. Base pads, foundations, water meters, water wells, septic tanks, electric poles, meter loops, steps, decks, skirting and more can be completed by us and financed in your new home package.
